The provided complimentary drinks were a delight. They had a kettle and fridge right there in the room, which I found really useful. I found the staff always smiling. The foods was superb with the complimentary drinks.
The automatized check-in needed a bit of help, it was not automatic.

The staff arranged luggage transport. This was very convenient.
the room cleaning was substandard. the glasses and cups were not cleaned or replaced. the floor did not seem to be vacuumed during my entire stay.
